Instaswap charges no flat platform fee. Instead, fees are embedded in the swap route and vary between ~0.3% and 1% depending on the liquidity protocol used (THORChain, Chainflip, 1inch, etc.). Because Instaswap aggregates across protocols, it selects the cheapest available route at the time of the swap. Network gas fees are separate and depend on the source and destination chains.

ChangeNow
ChangeNow is a centralized swap aggregator with fees typically ranging from 0.5% to 2%. It offers both fixed-rate swaps (rate locked at order time) and float-rate swaps (rate based on market at completion). Fixed rates carry a premium (~0.5% higher) for rate certainty. ChangeNow acts as the counterparty, meaning your funds pass through their custody during the swap window.
FixedFloat
FixedFloat charges 1% for float-rate swaps and 0.5% for fixed-rate swaps, making it one of the more straightforwardly priced centralized services. It supports around 100 coins across major chains. Like ChangeNow, it is custodial during the transaction. FixedFloat is known for fast execution on common pairs like BTC ↔ ETH.
All three platforms pass on blockchain network fees (gas, miner fees) on top of their swap fee. On congested networks like Ethereum, these can exceed the platform fee itself for small swaps.
